Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of business growth initiatives across multiple teams.
- Maintain visibility over ongoing initiatives by tracking progress, priorities, blockers, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate execution between campaign managers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure business initiatives are executed efficiently, whether they involve engineering, campaign operations, analytics, or cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify execution risks, resolve dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers when needed.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Organize and facilitate planning sessions, follow-ups, and execution reviews.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and execution across teams.
- Continuously improve execution processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Delivery Coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate work across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Structured thinking and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems.
- Good written English for working with documentation and internal communication.
Nice to have
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or traffic monetization.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
