Responsibilities: The leadership role of Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing direct engagement and support to multiple government clients along with direct oversight of a team of managers in the execution of duties with managing the personnel, processes, and day-to-day activities directly supporting multi-agency 24x7x

Clearance: Top Secret SCI, Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Certifications: PMP certification
Location: 100% on-site position in Reston, VA.
Experience:
10-12 years experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles in support of one or more Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
Experience briefing to senior Government Leadership.
Experience as a manager supervisor, including recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
Experience with Government contract financial reporting (customer and contractor internal).
Experience for concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.
Willingness to be proposal key bid Program Manager for future IC Account programs.
Experience overseeing timesheet review, approval, and guidance.
Experience managing individual and program performance standards.
Experience with technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling.

Desired Education: Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience
Desired Certifications: Active DoD 8570 IAT
Desired Experience:
Experience supporting IC, DoD, or similar Cyber Missions.
Understanding of organization and brings established relationships/reputation with DIA and ODNI.
Experience with Government contract deliverables and CPARS.
