• - Help identify player needs and guide them through specific features and functionalities
• - Assist in tracking and reporting product issues
• - Collect, organize and relay player feedback, feature requests and insights to the relevant internal teams
• - Interact with players across social media platforms — public and private messages — sharing updates and helping identify relevant trends
• - Contribute to content creation for our social media channels
• - Professional proficiency in English 
• - Player/customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills
• - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• - Openness to exploring how AI tools can be applied to community management and player support
• - Experience with help desk software or remote support tools
• - Knowledge of additional languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, or Korean
• - An investigative mindset — enjoy spotting patterns and digging into data to surface insights
