• The  Company AI & Beyond Incubator is always open .
• We’re looking for ambitious students and early-career talent who want more than an internship on their CV. Whether you’re studying Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance or something we haven't thought of yet; we care less about your job title and more about your curiosity, potential and what you can bring to the table.
• You might be in your third year. Working through your Master’s. About to graduate. If you think you’re ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
• Join the AI & Beyond Incubator and you'll become part of a real Company team, working on real problems from day one. You could be building technology, improving how we understand our customers, experimenting with new ways to go to market, solving a commercial challenge or pitching an idea of your own.
• You'll have people around you to learn from, but we’ll give you responsibility too. 
• AI & Beyond started with a simple idea: give talented people the opportunity to experiment with AI and turn great ideas into something real . That hasn't changed. What has changed is how far we're taking it.
• Today, AI isn't limited to Engineering. It's changing how we build products, understand customers, analyse data, create, sell and operate. Whatever team you join, we want you experimenting with what's possible. Using AI, challenging it, and finding smarter ways to solve problems. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate with other Incubator talent on cross-functional AI projects and challenges.
• Some of the best ideas don't start on a roadmap. If there’s something you think Company should build, change, automate or experiment with, pitch it . Incubator projects have the potential to make their way into Company products, become new internal capabilities, develop into independent ideas or be showcased to the industry at international trade shows.
• We don't just want people who can follow a brief. We want people who can spot an opportunity.
• The Incubator is also a community. You'll meet and learn from Company leaders, company founders, technologists and other ambitious students. Expect mentorship, talks, demos, customer interaction, shared challenges and plenty of opportunities to show what you've built. We run the incubator to find future Bitmovers. For exceptional people, your time in the Incubator could be the beginning of something much bigger at Company.
• The AI & Beyond Incubator runs throughout the year , with key intake points in Summer, Fall, and Spring. But exceptional people don't conveniently become available during a short recruitment window, so our door is always open.
• Depending on the opportunity, you could join alongside your studies, during your final year, as part of your Master's, or as you make the move from university into your career.
• Search our careers page and upload your CV , latest transcript (Zeugnis), and a motivation video with your expectations for an internship at Company. We offer two-month summer internships as well as longer internships designed to work alongside your studies.
• We hire for potential, so your CV only tells us part of the story. Send us a short 2–3 minute video answering three questions:
• What do you want to learn, build or achieve during your time at Company?
• Tell us about a time you successfully hacked a non-computer system to your advantage.
• If you could tackle any problem involving video or AI, what would you choose and why?
• Keep it concise (2-3 minutes).
• Be authentic and showcase your personality.
• Feel free to demonstrate your passion and creativity. This is your chance to stand out!
