Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term financial roadmap for Offchain, ensuring alignment with ambitious growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
- Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies to optimize liquidity and risk in a high-growth, digital-asset-centric environment.
- Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
- Serve as a core advisor to the executive team with data-driven insights and financial modeling for high-stakes decisions and business model optimization.
- Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure to automate reconciliations and provide real-time global performance visibility.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives including M&A and complex tax structuring, ensuring financial rigor across workstreams.
- Own relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners to ensure compliance and sophisticated reporting in a complex regulatory landscape.
