Tango is hiring a Head of Content Moderation to lead and mentor a team, enhance policies and technologies for user-generated content safety at their Limassol office.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment.
- Champion compliance across moderation domains with stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers in user-generated content.
- Investigate escalations, user complaints, and external inquiries.
- Build a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation capabilities.
- Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation technology providers.
- Enhance moderation technologies and KPIs for efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- English proficiency (Russian is a strong advantage).
