We99re looking for a Head of QA to lead and scale the QA function in a growing product company. Relocation to Cyprus available.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive the overall QA strategy
- Improve QA processes across the SDLC
- Lead Manual QA, Automation QA & QA Leads
- Build and scale the QA team
- Develop automation and QA infrastructure
- Introduce quality metrics and improve release stability
- Work closely with Engineering, Product & DevOps
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a QA organization in a product company
- Experience managing Manual & Automation QA teams
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, REST API, microservices & high-load
- Strong technical QA background
- Excellent leadership & people management skills
Nice to have
- iGaming / FinTech / high-load experience.
