Wisebits is looking for a Merch and Event Manager to develop merchandise for company employees and partners, and support participation in conferences and events.
Responsibilities
- Developing merchandise concepts for employees, partners, and regular users
- Interacting with stakeholders and the creative team
- Managing contractors located in both Europe and Asia
- Working with factories, controlling orders and production
- Collaborating with logistics companies
- Supporting the organization of conferences and other branded events
- Coordinating booth preparation, branded materials, and merch distribution for events
Requirements
- Work experience in merchandise, events, operations, or coordination
- Fluent in both English and Russian
- Possesses a sense of style and knowledge of clothing and accessory trends
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep track of many moving parts
- Proactive mindset and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders
