• As part of the Human Resources Unit, the Employee Relations Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting employee relations initiatives and maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment. The intern will assist the Employee Relations team in handling employee concerns, maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring that employee-related processes are properly documented and implemented.
• The role will involve assisting with employee concern management, HR case documentation, policy and compliance support, employee engagement activities, employee communications, and HR records maintenance . The intern will also coordinate with various internal stakeholders to support the timely resolution and proper documentation of employee-related matters.
