- As a Founding AI Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our tech, product, and culture — and in building the future of how people gather.
- Build and scale AI systems that automate our event-planning workflow end-to-end
- Develop and scale AI agents for auto-emailing, calling, web scraping, and deep research
- Improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations across our LLM-powered features
- Design and implement scalable AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks and tools
- Work with real customer data to identify automation opportunities and validate AI solutions
- Build evaluation systems to measure and improve AI performance over time
- Partner closely with product and ops teams to understand pain points and ship AI features that matter
- Shape our AI/ML architecture and practices from the ground up
- Experience building and deploying AI / LLM systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG , and techniques to improve LLM accuracy
- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, and autonomous systems
- Comfort with full-stack development and shipping features end-to-end
- A bias toward action—you like moving fast, experimenting, and iterating based on real-world results
