Responsibilities
- Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving — marketplace, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal.
- Identify missing processes and build them from scratch.
- Turn messy multi-party problems into clear plans with owners and deadlines.
- Drive projects to completion proactively without being chased.
Requirements
- Proven track record running multiple projects at once, fully independently.
- Systems thinker — you build SOPs from scratch, not just follow them.
- Operations background, ideally with finance exposure.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills — build real tools, not just fill in cells.
- High urgency and ownership, detail-oriented; nothing needs chasing.
- Fluent English.
