The company 9RED is hiring a Treasury Specialist based in Limassol, Cyprus, responsible for payment processing, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process payment requests through banking systems and cryptocurrency wallets.
- Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts and crypto wallets to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Track incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining accurate payment schedules and records.
- Coordinate with banks, payment service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment execution.
- Collect, verify, and maintain supporting documentation for payment transactions.
- Assist with daily liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and cash position reporting.
- Reconcile treasury transactions with accounting records and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate treasury reports, payment registers, and transaction logs.
- Support the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of new banking relationships and payment solutions.
- Assist in the development, optimization, and documentation of treasury processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Banking, or a similar financial operations role.
- Solid understanding of payment processes, treasury operations, and banking procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Conditions
- Location: Limassol, Cyprus.
- Candidates must already be residing in Cyprus.
- Salary: 3,000 gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
