Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Supervise, coach and develop audit team members.
- Review audit work papers and ensure that quality standards and professional requirements are met.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business, address concerns and provide value-adding recommendations.
- Identify and communicate audit findings to senior management and clients in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with IFRSs, ISAs and relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements
- ACCA/ACA qualified or partly qualified, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in external audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Caseware will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Greek language skills will be considered a plus.
