Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a unified accounting policy (financial and tax).
- Full responsibility for the maintenance, accuracy, and timeliness of financial and tax accounting under IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- Control over tax burden, compliance with regulatory requirements, and management of tax audits and inspections.
- Optimization and automation of accounting processes (period closing, consolidation) to improve efficiency.
- Management of a team of chief accountants, ensuring their training and a consistent approach to work.
Requirements
- Higher education in Economics / Finance / Accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience in finance / accounting, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within an international company.
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and international taxation.
- Experience in undergoing audits and interacting with tax authorities.
- Experience in implementing or optimizing ERP systems (1C).
- Proven skills in managing a distributed team (5+ people).
- Fluent English (sufficient for business correspondence and negotiations).
