Responsibilities
- Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving — marketplace, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal.
- Run several cross-functional projects in parallel, from kickoff to done.
- Launch new growth channels: marketplaces, geographies, retail and social commerce partners.
- Drive new product launches across teams — timelines, dependencies, handoffs.
- Source and manage external contractors: lawyers, certification bodies, agencies.
- Push product compliance certifications through to approval.
- Own recurring operational and financial reporting.
- Build internal tools, SOPs and docs that make the whole team faster.
Requirements
- Proven track record running multiple projects at once, fully independently.
- Systems thinker — you build SOPs from scratch, not just follow them.
- Operations background, ideally with finance exposure.
- Advanced Google Sheets — you build real tools, not just fill in cells.
- High urgency and ownership, detail-obsessed, nothing needs chasing.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- E-commerce or Amazon background.
- Compliance certifications.
- Confident with Notion and AI tools.
