Responsibilities

Guide clients through document preparation & banking requirements
Follow up on pending tasks and missing documentation
Track client progress, records, and status using MS Excel
Coordinate internally to process cases efficiently

Requirements

Fluent English (written & spoken)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel for managing tracking sheets
Background in customer service, banking, finance, or compliance is a plus
