An international product company in fintech, marketing, and igaming sectors seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for their Limassol, Cyprus office (Hybrid).

Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support
- Advise employees and managers throughout HR processes
- Partner with managers and organizational matters
- Develop and improve HR policies and processes
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
- Support company culture and employer brand development
- Identify team needs and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness and development
- Organize internal events and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and company culture
- Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner
- Ukrainian — Fluent, English — B1+
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and senior/C-level stakeholders
- Strong business partnering mindset
- Confident user of Google Docs & Sheets
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Willingness to contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR tasks
- Experience managing a small HR team is a strong advantage
