Join FYST as a Reconciliation Specialist to work hands-on with payment flows, card transactions, acquiring, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks across payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation
- Match transaction data between internal systems, payment providers, and bank statements
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports based on reconciliation results
- Participate in automation and optimization of reconciliation processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Reconciliation within Payments / Fintech / Banking or other industry
- Experience reconciling data across payment providers, banks, and internal systems
- Understanding of acquiring, chargebacks, payment infrastructure, and cash flows
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
