Assist Region Heads in monitoring Station performance and operational compliance
Improve operational processes that directly translate into higher delivery performance metrics
Enforce company policies, procedures and disciplines as appropriate.
Assist in the planning of curriculum and lessons for Station under their supervision
Provide general and technical training to Station under their supervision
Assist in conducting Station assessment audits
Perform other duties related to the job that may be assigned on case to case basis
Report any noncompliance in Station operational processes to the Management
Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
Take care of own and others' safety.
Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
