Product Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Build the systems, not just the deliverables: Establish design operations at STOKR: discovery habits, workflow standards, usability practices, handoff norms, reusable patterns. The foundations that let the team move faster without losing clarity or trust.
• Work directly with Engineering and Product: Shape features from the start. Discuss tradeoffs, settlement behaviour, edge cases, and failure states as fluently as you discuss user needs.
• Use AI as part of how you work: Use Claude, Cursor, and Figma AI to prototype faster, explore flow variations, and compress the distance from concept to implementation.
• Deep familiarity with digital asset products — wallets, exchanges, stablecoin flows, digital securities platforms. You know where users lose confidence and why.
• You think in flows and systems before screens — Your portfolio shows how things work, not just how they look
• You use AI tools as a real part of your workflow — they make you faster and clearer
• Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and cross-functional collaboration in English.
