Senior Data Business Analyst role focused on supporting strategic data migration from legacy systems to a new platform, ensuring accurate data mapping and high data quality.

Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements.
Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams .
Collaborate with developers during development, unit testing, and functional testing phases.
Validate migrated data, investigate inconsistencies, and support data quality and cleanup activities .
Facilitate discussions related to data structures, migration scope, business rules, and edge cases .
Create and analyze reports and dashboards to support migration tracking and business visibility.
Contribute to governance and quality assurance activities throughout the migration process.

Требования

This role is ideal for a professional who excels at connecting business and technology , ensuring accurate data mapping, high data quality, and successful migration delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Advanced / Fluent English (C1 or higher) .
Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects .
Strong experience with data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage concepts .
Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams .
Experience supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution activities .
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence .

Experience with Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM / SCALE or other Supply Chain and Warehouse Management platforms .
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives .
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO , or other Business Analysis / Agile certifications.
