Responsibilities
- Develop deployment platform (Helm, GitOps via ArgoCD/Flux, CI/CD)
- Support observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SLO)
- Manage PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (pooling, replication)
- Design canary/blue-green deployments, zero-downtime migrations
- High-load service tuning, on-call, mentoring engineers
