Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global product strategy
- Centralize product leadership and unify standards across the portfolio
- Scale existing products and launch new solutions internationally
- Build and develop a high-performing product organization
- Oversee product delivery: quality, velocity, efficiency
- Manage roadmap, prioritization, and investment decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management, incl. 4+ years as CPO/VP of Product in major B2C and B2B iGaming companies
- Experience with crypto products and VIP player segment
- Hands-on experience building and scaling complex product ecosystems
- Track record of successful product launches
- Strong data-driven approach: analytics, monetization, unit economics, forecasting
- Understanding of regulation, compliance, and risk management in iGaming
- Experience operating across worldwide markets
