Responsibilities
- Lead and scale B2C operations in Tier-1 markets
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategy
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions
- Own P&L and drive operational efficiency
- Build and align cross-functional teams around business goals
- Strengthen relationships with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Country Head, COO, or CEO roles within B2C iGaming
- Solid leadership experience in iGaming B2C in Tier-1 markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing in mature markets
- Strong track record of sustainable growth and market share expansion
- P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence
- Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
