We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation to lead a team ensuring safe user-generated content environments through policy design, leadership, and AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance content moderation policies for a safe user environment.
- Lead and mentor a team focusing on user-generated content moderation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative moderation technologies.
- Drive strategic initiatives in AI-driven moderation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of UGC platforms and compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
