Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to mobile game studios, conduct initial qualification, and coordinate introductory calls.
- Support external studios throughout the publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely progression through each stage.
- Maintain accurate project statuses and next steps in Studio Portal.
- Coordinate communication with external partners and follow up on pending actions.
- Verify game readiness for testing using internal checklists.
- Collect testing data and prepare standardized reports for the Publishing Producer.
- Track deadlines and ensure projects move through the pipeline without operational delays or information loss.
- Keep publishing processes organized, transparent, and up to date.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Specialist, Project Manager, or in a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects while maintaining high quality.
- Process-oriented mindset with a passion for structure, checklists, and operational excellence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new processes.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of operational workflows.
