We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation to lead and improve content moderation policies and operations at an onsite role in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety.
- Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering for compliance.
- Build best-in-class moderation capabilities and technologies.
- Drive improvements in moderation workflows and tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
- Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety.
- Experience with legal and operational risk evaluation.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
