Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in PropTech, marketplaces, classified platforms, digital platforms, e-commerce, or ecosystem businesses
- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving growth, and delivering commercial results
- Strong understanding of marketplace and platform business models
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on leadership approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
- Experience in real estate, PropTech, FinTech, or digital ecosystem businesses will be a strong advantage
- Professional working proficiency in English; Russian and/or Uzbek will be considered a plus
