Responsibilities
- Advise executives on people and organisation decisions
- Lead and develop an international HR team
- Build consistent HR standards across locations
- Keep local decisions close to local HR teams
- Organisational design and workforce planning
- Performance and leadership development
- Compensation, progression, and retention
- Succession planning and talent development
- Employee relations and multi-country compliance
- HR systems, people data, and process improvement
Requirements
- HR leadership within a growing tech organisation
- Experience managing international HR teams
- Strong knowledge of talent and performance management
- Experience with compensation and career frameworks
- Confidence using HR data to guide decisions
- Practical, hands-on approach to leadership
- Experience within technology, gaming, or product companies is highly relevant
