7+ years of production software engineering experience
Low-level/backend languages experience
Willingness to ramp up on Go quickly
Low-level/systems programming for Linux/Windows
Deep backend experience with microservices at scale
Production experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes
DevOps experience: Helm, GitHub Actions, observability tools
1+ year as a tech lead or team lead
