Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of ONQ (Hilton Property Management System) is highly preferred.
Experience within Hilton-branded hotels is an advantage.
