Stamgazstroy is a Kazakhstan-based engineering and recruitment company looking for an HR IS Analyst to configure and support SAP SuccessFactors and improve HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors
- Test system updates, identify issues, and coordinate their resolution
- Provide functional support and guidance to end users
- Analyze business requirements and recommend improvements to HR processes
- Participate in the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Support system integrations, data migration, and system documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors / HR Information Systems
- Experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience with one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration
- Strong HR business processes
- Kazakh, Russian, and English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging
