Looking for a highly experienced Principal Product Engineer with 10+ years experience in Product Engineering/Product Design, specializing in ServiceNow Architecture and AI tools, located in Baltimore, Maryland with hybrid work format.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX Design, Content, and Research teams

Requirements

10+ years of Product Engineering/Product Design experience
Deep expertise in ServiceNow Architecture including Service Mapping
ServiceNow Service Mapping is mandatory
ServiceNow Developer Certification is highly preferred
Expertise in Agile/Kanban, User Stories, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), and Acceptance Criteria
Hands-on experience using Generative AI and AI-powered productivity tools for product design and research

Conditions

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
