Looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Hoboken, NJ to lead adoption of Agentic AI and AI-assisted software development with hands-on architecture, coding, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the adoption of Agentic AI and AI-assisted software development across the engineering organization
Shape the future of AI-augmented engineering while remaining deeply hands-on with architecture, coding, and technical leadership

Requirements

Experience with Claude Code, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, and enterprise-scale distributed systems
Skills in Java Microservices, AWS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Context Engineering
Experience with LangGraph / Multi-Agent Systems, React Microfrontends
Staff/Principal Engineering Leadership experience
Additional experience in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js & Python
Knowledge of REST APIs, MongoDB
Familiarity with TDD, Playwright & Pact, CI/CD
Understanding of C4 Architecture, System Design & AI Security
