Sales Manager role in an international fintech & payments company, focused on European markets, offering remote or Limassol location with competitive salary and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential business clients
- Develop new sales opportunities across European markets
- Conduct calls, online meetings, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle (from first contact to onboarding)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- English - B1-B2
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and result-driven mindset
- Any sales experience is welcome (B2B, B2C, retail, telesales, real estate, insurance, automotive, hospitality, etc.)
- Interest in fintech/payments is an advantage but not required
Conditions
- €2500-€3,500 NET monthly salary
- Performance-based bonuses
- Official employment contract
- 22 paid vacation days per year
