Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure
- Build menu knowledge and confidently recommend food and beverages
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to create an outstanding dining experience
Requirements
- At least 2 years prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a guest-first approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Mediterranean, Pan-Asian, and Mexican cuisine is an advantage
