Alesium is building a new direction in trading technology and is looking for a senior market practitioner to shape trading products as a part-time product manager, remote or in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities
- Turn real trading, dealing and risk workflows into product priorities.
- Test product priorities in practice.
- Work directly with founders, design and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a trader, dealer, trading PM, risk or trading-ops professional.
- Strong grasp of market structure, execution, position management and risk.
- Working English (Russian a plus).
Conditions
- Part-time (~20 hours/week).
- Remote or Limassol, Cyprus.
- Candidates in Cyprus, the EU or the US.
- Reliable overlap with Cyprus hours if remote.
