We're looking for an experienced Senior BI Performance Analyst to join a growing team and become the key analytical partner for the Sales and VOIP departments in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales leadership on performance analysis and KPI discussions
- Analyze large and complex datasets related to Sales and VOIP
- Investigate performance issues and resolve KPI disputes
- Build analytical frameworks and monitor key business metrics
- Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in BI, Business, Revenue, or Operations Analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Ability to confidently present and defend analytical conclusions
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in Telecom, VOIP, FinTech, or iGaming
- Experience with Qlik or other BI tools
- Experience defining KPI governance frameworks
Conditions
- Office-based in Limassol
- Candidates outside the city may be considered if they can work from the office at least 3 days per week
- The first month is fully office-based
