Senior/Lead .NET Developer for Healthcare domain web portal automation in a remote Poland-based team.

- Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior/ Team Lead .NET Developer in Poland. ABOUT PROJECT We are building a web portal for the automation of insurance processes in the Healthcare domain. has been collaborating with the client for more than 5 years. Currently, it is one of the biggest accounts within the Business Unit. The team consists of approximately 25 specialists located in Poland and Ukraine. There are currently 8 development teams involved in the project (7 on the customer side and 1 on the side). The team is primarily focused on developing new functionality and product enhancements.
Обязанности
- Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform
- Design and implement scalable backend services
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Collaborate with distributed teams across the project
Требования
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development
- Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+ and modern development practices
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Experience working with Azure Service Bus
- Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
