Обязанности
- The Quality Operations Manager will be the operational manager for the day-to-day operational quality in our industrial plant: as such, s.he will lead the team of technicians and controllers.
- Incoming, in-process and final inspection across all lines.
- Non-conformity handling and MRB flow on the shop floor.
- Vision inspection stations and control-plan execution.
- Direct management of the quality technicians and controllers, including daily quality KPIs and staffing / qualification of technicians and controllers.
- Continuous Improvement Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the design and development processes, focusing on reducing design-related risks and ensuring first-time-right product realization.
- Collect and analyze quality data from the design phase to support performance monitoring and reporting for project milestones.
Требования
- Technical degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production / operational quality in serial manufacturing, including managing inspection teams, incoming inspection and MRB on a ramping line, preferably in the aerospace, defense, or automotive sectors.
- Strong experience in Operational quality management, NCR/MRB & containment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments in an international environment.
- Previous management experience is strongly appreciated
