• Define the AML & CTF standards and ensure implementation of local procedures ▪ Contribute to the development and roll out of strategic initiatives, working with project leadership, managers and other team members to better ensure efficiency and reduce compliance risks ▪ Assist in developing compliance initiatives and programs to comply with the respective legal, licensing and regulatory obligations ▪ Support in handling the management and execution of monitoring and assessment program for Anti-Money Laundering/CounterTerrorism Financing (AML/CTF) ▪ Strive to develop, improve and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures ▪ Identify and cascade any changes related to legislation and other regulatory requirements relating to AML/CTF ▪ Offer regular assistance and oversee the work performed
• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent studiesThe education levels can be replaced by years of experience
• Experience: Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience in a similar roleSkills: Computer Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
• Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations
