Senior Node.js Developer position at a product iGaming company based in Limassol, Cyprus, focused on building a high-load gaming platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the backend of a gaming platform on Node.js
- Work with high-load services and optimize performance
- Use SQL, Kafka, and Redis to build reliable solutions
- Write and maintain unit and e2e tests (Jest)
- Participate in code review and improve code quality
- Influence architecture decisions, dev processes, and CI/CD
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial Node.js development
- Solid experience with SQL, Kafka, and Redis
- Understanding of high-load systems principles
- Experience optimizing backend services
- Experience writing automated tests
- Ability to work in a product team and ship to production
