A leading iGaming company in Cyprus is seeking an experienced Sportsbook Product Manager to own and develop its sportsbook product with a hybrid work model and competitive salary.

Responsibilities
- Own the sportsbook product roadmap
- Work closely with Risk, Trading & Operations teams
- Improve betting flows, odds feeds and settlement processes
- Write product requirements and user stories (Agile)
- Collaborate with engineering teams and third-party providers
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming Sportsbook
- Strong understanding of sportsbook products and betting mechanics
- Experience delivering products from concept to launch
- Agile/Scrum & Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
