Strong understanding of the technical landscape and competitive market.

Comfortable shifting focus between different engineering and production teams with ease.

You will partner with our recruiting and hiring teams to drive candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and bring new ideas to overcome our hiring challenges.  
Design and execute scalable, top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.
Build and maintain consistent pipelines to support critical, high-impact hiring needs.
Leverage data to optimize strategies and evaluate new tools to increase engagement effectiveness.
Collect market data and build a robust network to increase 's recruitment competitiveness.
