- As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of connected fitness and the ability to operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and content, making critical product decisions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware. This can include fitness equipment or adjacent hardware within the consumer space. You should be knowledgeable about end-to-end system architecture at a deep level and feel comfortable discussing tradeoffs and requirements with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers
- A strong history of success leading highly cross-functional projects from concept to launch. You are skilled at communicating with and influencing diverse stakeholders, from design and marketing to engineering and operations
- Deep understanding of the hardware development process, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- A passion for fitness and an understanding of the connected fitness landscape is a plus
- Experience working with global teams is a plus

- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. - Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the portfolio, ensuring it aligns with our broader business goals and anticipates future user needs
