• We at Coforge are hiring Position (22656) with the following skill set.
• Lead end-to-end  test strategy, planning, execution, and governance  for complex payments transformation programs, ensuring quality, risk management, and timely delivery.
• Drive  test automation adoption  using tools such as TOSCA, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks to improve coverage, reduce execution effort, and accelerate release cycles.
• Manage SIT, E2E, UAT, and production validation activities, coordinating across business, development, architecture, and vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of  Mexico Payments systems and processes , including SPEI, banking payments, settlement flows, interfaces, message validations, and regulatory considerations.
• Track quality metrics, defect trends, test progress, and release readiness, providing executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Lead geographically distributed testing teams, mentor QA resources, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices, automation, and delivery efficiency.
• Nice to Have:  Experience in banking modernization programs, API testing, performance testing, CI/CD integration, and payments ecosystem transformations.
