We are looking for a People Partner to support employees and managers throughout employee lifecycle and build engaged, high-performing teams in an international technology company.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
- Support onboarding, probation, employee adaptation, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
- Drive employee engagement programs, pulse surveys, eNPS, and culture initiatives.
- Partner with managers on organizational design, performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
- Coordinate compensation reviews, benefits administration, and HR processes with HR Operations.
- Support organizational changes, team scaling, and HR transformation projects.
- Prepare HR reports and use people analytics to support business decisions.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in an IT or technology company.
- Experience with employee engagement, retention, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR or similar) and HR analytics.
- English proficiency sufficient to work in an international environment.
