- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years of experience administering SharePoint Online.
- Three (3) years of experience supporting Microsoft 365.
- Experience designing Information Architecture.
- Experience managing enterprise document management systems.
- Experience using Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
