Responsibilities
- Own AI architecture, delivery quality, and client-facing metrics.
- Build RAG, agents, process automation, NLP, predictive models, and computer vision.
- Deploy in client environments with security and access-control requirements.
- Set technical standards, develop reusable components, and grow the engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in production ML/NLP and breadth across modern AI.
- Technical leadership and production-level Python.
- End-to-end RAG, vector stores, embeddings, and self-hosted open-weight model inference.
- Evaluation sets, regression testing, Docker, Linux, and data pipelines.
- Enterprise security, project scoping, and architecture presentations.
- Fluent Russian and sufficient English for documentation.
