We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team, offering diverse and dynamic legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions in iGaming.
About the company
- The company operates within the iGaming sector with a focus on offshore gaming licenses and payment service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage legal aspects of offshore gaming licenses, including licensing, ongoing compliance, and communication with regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal support for payment service providers (PSPs), including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and legal support for payment solutions.
- Draft, review, and maintain B2C platform legal documentation, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC policies, and other customer-facing legal documents.
- Draft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal templates.
- Conduct legal research and regularly monitor changes in gambling, advertising, data protection, and commercial regulations across multiple jurisdictions (GEOs).
- Provide full legal support for marketing and advertising activities, affiliate and partner programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations, particularly within the iGaming sector.
- Support internal teams on a wide range of legal matters, contributing to cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law.
- 3–5 years of legal experience within the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience in obtaining and maintaining offshore gaming licenses, including direct communication with licensing authorities without external intermediaries.
- Experience providing legal support for payment service providers (PSPs), including drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, contract, and gambling law.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, B2C platform documentation (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc.), and other legal documents.
- Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Russian, with at least B2–C1 proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Conditions
